Conn-X-ions is a non-profit, Florida based corporation. Now in its beginning stages of development, our first goal will be to establish a series of speaking programs geared towards showing young people the power of building relationships early. Our belief is that the job market is getting more and more congested by the day & as the years progress, a simple bachelor's degree will become as useful as a high school diploma is now with regard to separating viable candidates in the job market. The power of building relationships and developing a personal touch goes unmatched. Incorporating professional and inspiring speakers coupled with a wide array of motivational events, Conn-X-ions will show young people how to network with the adults in their communities, learn about the needs of their communities, and how to connect with organizations that make a difference in the lives of others. The goal of this organization will be to get young people connected with each other, so that collectively they can address the issues and need in their community.

Teens as young as 14 - up to college juniors. The target group can consist of schools, youth organizations, and we can also begin to build our own network within the organization of future leaders.
